Get Professional Help Without the Risk to Your Home
During this extremely difficult time, it’s important to keep your home protected and preserve the health and well-being of your loved ones. With COVID-19 spreading and our community seeing thousands of cases, it’s perfectly understandable to see why so many people simply don’t want to allow a stranger into their home right now. At All Pro Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical, we get it. We have loved ones we want to protect just like you do, but we also recognize and understand that you may be experiencing a problem with one of the major systems in your home. Putting it off may lead to living in discomfort or even serious damage to your home if the issue can get out of hand.
To try and combat this issue, we are proud to be offering new no-contact virtual visits! This allows us to provide you with the service your home or business needs without having to unnecessarily set foot inside. Using the power of video conference calling, we can have one of our professional technicians take a look at your issue and determine exactly what’s going on for you, and then make a professional decision as to whether an in-person service visit is really necessary or whether the repair is something they might be able to guide you through. This way we can still offer you the same knowledgeable customer service and care you need while also protecting your family from unnecessary potential exposure to health threats.

How a Virtual Visit Works
A no-contact virtual visit is made possible through the advancement and proliferation of video conferencing technology. Today we have the ability to send live video between mobile devices, computers, and more, and this technology allows us to see what’s going on inside your home and get a complete picture of exactly what is happening without the need to actually be there.
When you schedule a virtual visit, our technician will call you on your preferred video conferencing platform (Zoom, Skype, Google Duo, Facetime, etc.) and ask to see the problem as well as ask you several questions about what you’re experiencing in your home. We recommend using a mobile device because they are small and easy to move to different angles, however a laptop computer with a webcam should also be fine. Using the information they are able to obtain through this video inspection, our technician should be able to correctly diagnose your issue and provide you with a recommendation for a repair.
A virtual visit can diagnose many plumbing problems, including the following:
- Leaky faucets
- Dripping or trickling toilets
- Water under the sink
- Strange noises or smells coming from your HVAC system
- Inconsistent temperatures
- Thermostat problems
- Faulty outlets or switches
- Lighting fixture problems
If the repair is possible for the average person to do on their own, our technician will walk you through the process, explaining what parts you need and what tools they recommend. If the repair requires more extensive work or isn’t something we can comfortably recommend the average person do themselves, we’ll let you know and work with you to schedule an in-person repair appointment. If we do need to send someone to your home, we make sure the tech who is dispatched to do the work is symptom-free, uses proper protective gear, and always adheres to proper distancing guidelines in order to keep your home protected.
